Recruit, New Soldier - Black Sash Private, Common Soldier - Green Sash Sergeant, Squad Leader - Silver Grey Sash Captain, Company Leader - Black/Green/Silver Sash Squad: Generally 3-5 mercenary's including any number of recruits or privates, led by a Sergeant.
